    This is an really inspiring article in the fact women are being empowered to work and be educated at the same in within whatever discipline they are practicing.

    I'm citing this in my paper. The ideas behind this collective are also found in grassroots organizations. The whole idea of collectiveness addresses concerns and issues of sustainability in a very basic and fundamental manner.
